What are these?

These are websites that fit in one of these categories:

  1. The owner of the website is incapacitated or has passed away and we find the information useful, as is the case with Mischief Reef.
  2. The information isn't getting the recognition it deserves and we've secured the permission of the owner to feature it here, such as Iraq Humvees.
  3. We've rescued the website from a platform that has been taken over by hucksters and now display porn on the pages, as in the case of Mayo General Hospital.
  4. We think we'll be needing the information for a future project and we're placing it here to ensure it's available later.

A large amount of history was rescued when Don Kaiser's "web guy" passed away, and Don didn't know how to maintain his site. It's now prominently featured on our web site.
